Terms of rent

For 4+ nights reservations we provide advanced booking system. For 1-3 nights reservations no booking in advance is necessary. In this case your reservation can be completed by either:

  • payment for 4 nights to guarantee the reservation of a certain apartment.
  • fitting in between other two reservations by looking for an available apartment for min 3 nights.
  • calling us upon your arrival (to Poltava) to be accommodated at any available apartment on your arrival date.

Similar to hotel rooms, our private apartments in Poltava are in constant demand throughout the year. Please make your reservation in advance (1-2 week prior to your arrival) or earlier if you arrive on holidays.

Apartment is considered booked after the deposit is received:

  • equivalent to one night if your reservation term is less than 7 nights;
  • equivalent to two nights stay if your reservation term is more than 7 nights;
  • equivalent to there nights stay if your reservation tern is more than 14 nights;
  • 30% of total payment if your reservation term is more than 20 nights;
  • 100% of transfer payment if you require meeting in Kiev or Kharkov airport, or if you need a taxi drive from another city.

Your deposit will be deducted from the sum of payment upon your arrival and the final calculation. Deposits are nonrefundable; thus, make sure that you booked you flights before making your reservation. Dates of booking are not transferred.

If while you send prepayment the apartment was reserved by other customer, we propose you another variant or refund of your prepayment.

For making Reservation deposit we offer the following types of payment:

  • payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, Travelex, Anelik;
  • transfer into bank account;
  • payment by cash in Poltava.

Full rent is paid upon check in in cash only. Please make sure that you have enough funds to pay full rent. If you need to pay full rent by card make it while you pay the deposit.

To reserve an apartment fill out the Personal and Arrival information form and choose preferable Payment mode. Having checked apartment availability, our manager will send you the invoice for the requested services within 24 hours from the moment your form was submitted. If the services you requested are unavailable, you will be offered some alternative options. At this point you will be able to make your reservation prepayment depending on the Payment Modes you have chosen. When using credit card payment option, your booking will be confirmed within 24 hours from the moment of your on-line payment receipt.

We guarantee apartment availability for the whole period booked, and refuse other customers interested in the apartment. That is why we strongly encourage you to plan your trip before booking an apartment. If you decide to cancel your reservation at any time, or change your dates, your deposit will not be refunded as well as the 4 nights apartment rent will not be refunded in case you leave the apartment prior to the designated date.

Check in time after 2 p.m. (14:00), check out time before 12 p.m. (12:00). According to our policy early check is charged as full daily apartment cost. However we will do our best to accommodate you in case of earlier availability. In case if early arrival and early check are necessary, please, consider booking for the previous to your arrival night. Late check out (before 6 p.m.) is charged as half daily apartment cost, after 6 p.m. as a full daily apartment cost. Late check out is available in cases when your apartment does not have later reservation on this day. Reservations for Early check in or Late check out are completed in advance only. Please state it in your apartment reservation form.

Our site displays full apartment database of daily accommodation options and provides their full address, map and detailed photos for your review. Our policy does not permit to show daily rent apartments. Mainly, daily rent accommodations stay occupied by our clients throughout the year thus we do not allow other people to view them. Please choose apartment by looking at their detailed digital photos. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the reserved apartment upon your arrival, we will be happy to change it to any other available the next day. Also, reserved apartment is subject to be changed if some electricity/water/heating cut off or breakdown occur and it cannot be fixed by your arrival date. In this case we provide you with similar accommodation or even better apartment without the prior notice.
