There are no information centres available in the city. We provide our clients with maps and any information they need about Poltava.

The price of this service is $8/day for more than 5 days (5 or less days - $10/day). This would give you several advantages:
- you can get your number before you arrive
- you can receive incoming calls from all over the world for free
- you can make calls to Ukrainian mobile numbers and long distance calls (all apartments' phones don't have this feature)

Taxi ordering
Many tourists have difficulty with taxi transportation due to language barrier. Just call our office when you need a taxi and we will order it for you and give you the exact price so you don't need to negotiate with a driver later.

If there is no Internet access in rent apartment we can provide with 3G Internet access for 10$ per day. |

We will complete mini bar according to your list prior to your arrival and during your stay. Delivery Charge for all orders is 12$ + amount of expenditure (receipt is attached)
